Plans & Permitting

Hydrex Environmental successfully provides numerous plans and permitting services for compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Successful compliance efforts required working knowledge of the Stormwater Polution Prevention Plan (SWP3), Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan (SPCC), Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404, Clean Air Act (CAA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), and Emergency Planning and the Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) .  In addition, Hydrex personnel have demonstrated capability in the areas of industrial facility environmental audits, waste handling/minimization planning, and related compliance issues.
