Emissions, Monitoring, and Air Permitting

Hydrex Environmental provides extensive air quality and permitting services to our clients in order to meet air emissions compliance requirements with federal, state, and local regulatory bodies. Hydrex is experienced in landfill gas management with gas collection and control system (GCCS) capabilities including design, construction oversight and engineering certification, and operations and maintenance.

Hydrex permitting services include,  but are not limited to:

• General and standard operating permits
• New source review
• Tier I reporting
• SARA Title III Tier II sampling and reporting
• Air emissions sampling and inventory reporting

SARA Title III Tier II Reporting
Facility hazardous chemical inventory reporting is submitted in the TCEQ’s State of Texas Electronic Environmental Reporting System (STEERS).  The report includes facility identification and identification numbers, regulatory information, employee contact information and a list and description of all hazardous chemicals stored at the facility.

Air Permit By Rule
If you plan to build a new facility or modify an existing facility that emits air contaminants into the atmosphere, you will be required to obtain an air quality authorization from the TCEQ. Hydrex can help you determine if your facility qualifies for one of the 108 individual Permit By Rule requirements. If so, we can help you claim and comply with it.
